Can I remove the website widget later?
Yes — at any time, in one click. Open your dashboard or the widget install page and choose "Remove widget". There's no notice period and no phone call.
The widget is free, so removing it costs nothing and changes nothing else on your account. Any reports you've prepaid for stay available. You can add the widget back whenever you like.
If we stop seeing your widget on your site for 14 days, we treat it as removed and email you first so it's never a surprise.
How do I sign in?
Just enter the email address you used to create your account. If we recognise it, we'll show you the password box straight away — no need to guess whether you already have an account.
Type your password and you're in. If you can't remember it, use the "Forgot your password?" link below the password field.
How do I create an account?
Enter your email on the sign-in page. If it isn't already registered, we'll guide you straight into creating a contractor account.
Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long, include at least one capital letter, and include at least one number. You'll also be asked to confirm your password so we know it was typed correctly.
Once that's done, you're signed in and ready to use Loft IQ.
I'm signing in from a new device or browser — why am I asked for a code?
This is a one-time security code sent to your email address. It helps protect your account in case your login details were ever shared or used somewhere unfamiliar.
Enter the 6-digit code from the email and that browser or device will be remembered. On the same device in future, you'll only need your email and password. If you ever want to remove a trusted device, contact us at office@loftiq.app.
How do I reset my password?
On the password step, tap or click "Forgot your password?". We'll email you a secure link that lets you choose a new password.
The link is personal to you, so don't forward it. Choose a new password that meets the same rules (8+ characters, one capital letter, one number) and you'll be back in.
How do I sign up via a referral link?
When another contractor shares their personal Loft IQ link with you, click it before signing up. The referral is stored automatically, and the person who referred you will see it in their account.
