A static, read-only report — a link plus a PDF you can download or print. Before sending you choose what the homeowner sees: locked (total only) or a full itemised breakdown. They can only view what you chose; they can't switch it themselves.
2. Full app sharing
£59 per 90 days · not part of your report quota
A separate product: the homeowner gets live, interactive access to the app — adjusting measurements, comparing scenarios and watching the numbers update, just like you can. Priced separately and never counted against report sending.
