The Service
Loft IQ provides loft conversion feasibility, planning, and cost estimation tools for contractors. All outputs are indicative estimates only and do not constitute professional architectural, structural, or legal advice.
Accuracy of Outputs
All calculations are based on data you provide. Korat-Gag.Net Ltd makes no warranty that outputs are accurate or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying all figures before presenting them to clients.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korat-Gag.Net Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of Loft IQ, including loss of contracts, revenue, or client relationships.
Subscription & Payment
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time: on an annual plan we refund the unused balance of your payment, recalculated at our standard £49 monthly rate, less any reports used beyond the 5 per month a monthly plan would have included. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misrepresent outputs to clients, share credentials, reverse engineer the platform, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and designs are the property of Korat-Gag.Net Ltd.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
