Marketing Communications (WhatsApp & Email)

We may contact prospective users via WhatsApp or email for marketing purposes. By registering or responding to our outreach, you consent to receiving such communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing office@loftiq.app. We maintain a suppression list of all opt-outs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with Supabase, Twilio, Google, and Stripe, all contractually bound to protect your data.

UK and EU users have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact office@loftiq.app. We respond within 30 days.

Data is retained while your account is active. Removed within 30 days of deletion.
